When you install the App, we automatically access certain information from your Shopify account, including store name, store email, domain, and merchant profile information. We also collect the video URLs and video uploads you submit for cloning.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our ad cloning services, process payments via Shopify, notify you when your videos are ready, and communicate with you about your orders.
We retain your submitted videos and cloned video assets for as long as necessary to provide you with the service and for a reasonable period thereafter for customer support and troubleshooting purposes.
