Terms of Service

Welcome to AdClone. By installing or using our Shopify application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

AdClone provides custom video cloning services where merchants submit a source video and we use AI tools to generate clones representing different demographic profiles. All videos are manually inspected before final delivery.

2. Payment and Billing

Charges are billed on a per-video basis ($25.00 USD per video clone) and will appear as one-time charges on your Shopify merchant bill. We do not offer subscription services at this time.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use all source videos and assets submitted to the App. You grant AdClone a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your source videos to create the cloned variations. Upon delivery and payment, you own the intellectual property rights to the final cloned video variations.

4. Refunds

If we determine a video is incompatible with our cloning process during our initial review, or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the final output, you may request a refund. Approved refunds will be applied as credits to your Shopify bill.
